Refunds & Returns
Any orders that arrive damaged or contain incorrect items are eligible for return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you need to start a return so we can arrange for a refund or get the correct items in a timely manner.
- Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Contact us after receiving the package.
- Keep the damaged packaging/product, we may ask you to take photos of it.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of damage or our error. Please Contact Us with your order number and product details and we'll be in touch.
Return to Sender/Refused Deliveries
For any orders where the shipment has been refused or returned to sender, we will refunded the order minus the cost incurred by shipping the product.
